Blind Melon! Yes! “All I can say is that my life is pretty plain. I like watchin’ the puddles gather ra-ain. And all I can do is just pour some tea for two and speak my point of view. But it’s not sane, It’s not sa-a-a-a-ane.” I remember that video vividly. I never owned the album, but man, that brings me back. Nice.

One of my big ones around the same time was August and Everything After by the Counting Crows. Good times.
