I have another new Wordpress 2.1 theme to add to my “Sublunary Series”. The series now includes Stone, Water, Air & Moss. Moss, like all other Sublunary Series themes, aesthetically reflects the name given to it in form and design. You can demo all of the Sublunary Series themes at Praxis247.

A Wordpress 2.1 Theme

Moss will be released for download in a bit (I’m still working on it a bit). Moss, like Stone, Water and Air, is not built for modification. It is intended to be used “as is”. It is completely widget ready. It plugs and plays nice, as far as I can tell.

Moss is XHTML & CSS Standards Compliant; Widget ready; plays nice with Firefox and IE 7; & it is built for use with Wordpress 2.1. Moss also features the latest post, while displaying dated posts below in an very organized but separate display. Enjoy! Download Now!

The Sublunary Series is slowly but surely expanding. Stone and Water are now joined by Air. I mentioned earlier that each theme in this series aesthetically reflects the name attributed to it in some form or fashion; be it by color, design, layout and/or my own graphic design imagination. Air follows suit. It’s kind of hard to try to graphically express “air”, but I gave it a good shot, I think.

You can peruse all the themes in the Sublunary Series at the Demo Site.

A Wordpress 2.1 Theme

Air will be released for download shortly. It is a very light, quick, one column theme. Air is, like Stone and Water before it, a theme intended to be used as is, right out of the proverbial box. It is not, in other words, meant for modification. So, do add your widgets, but use it as it appears. It plugs and plays nice, so far.

All of the themes in the Sublunary Series are XHTML & CSS Standards Compliant; completely compatible with Automattic’s Widgets; work great with Firefox and IE 7; & are built for use with the 2.1. version of WordPress. Air is faithful to this tradition of high standards. Enjoy! Download Now!

I have another new Wordpress 2.1 theme to add to what now seems to be developing into a new group or series of themes that I have appropriately tagged as my “Sublunary Series”. First came a theme called “Stone,” and now I add “Water” to the series. Each theme aesthetically reflects the name given to it in one form or another, at least in my own little world of graphic interpretation. I enjoy doing things like this, as a sort of therapeutic break or purposeful distraction from theological study. We all need a few hobbies, right? Right. It also keeps other parts of the mind fresh and sharp.

Water will be released for download shortly. It is a theme totally free of .gif, .jpg or .png graphics, In fact, there are zero graphics! It’s all done by CSS. Water, like “Stone”, is not meant for modification. So, do add your widgets, but use it as it appears. It plugs and plays nice, as far as I can tell.

Stone is XHTML & CSS Standards Compliant; Widget ready; plays nice with Firefox and IE 7; & it is built for use with Wordpress 2.1. Enjoy! Download Now!

I’m in the process of updating a few of my custom Wordpress themes for the uber slick and ultra shiny Wordpress 2.1. The really, really old themes in my make-shift catalogue will be discontinued, immediately. Some of my themes are too plugin dependent for the plug and play times in which we live and microwave. They really should have been retired long ago. So, the oldest ones are heading for the incinerator, tonight. Do not fret! Wordpress themes are biodegradable and very environment friendly!

A Wordpress 2.1 Theme

I do have a couple of brand new custom themes in works! The first one is called “Stone”. It will be released for download shortly. It is a theme for the Christian blogger, or anyone else who has an aesthetic penchant for a stone angel standing in front of a stone cross. Stone is not really built for - or intended for - modification. So, download it, activate it, apply preferred widgets to the “as-is” condition you see before you and you will be well on your way to a very happy blog experience.

Here are a few specs on Stone: It is XHTML & CSS Standards Compliant; Widget ready; plays nice with Firefox and IE 7; & it is built for use with Wordpress 2.1. Enjoy! Download Now!
