The Final Live-Redesign of Lo-Fi Tribe is Now Complete

What probably will be the final re-design of Tribe is now complete. I needed a distraction for a few hours and as usual I found the joy that is rearranging Tribe to be more than distracting enough for me and my busy mind. So, it is done. I like it too. I’m really weary of the blog or blog-ish looking front page, and though the proverbial perimeter is limited in this medium, I tried to push as far up against it as my limited skills would let me. I like it. That’s what matters at the end of the hour.

I say this will probably be my last redesign of tribe because I am entirely too busy to be messing around like that with this thing, at the moment anyway (the future promises to be busier too). I will instead be focusing my full attention on God, prayer, family, the real-time and growing Inner Metro Green community, preaching and writing. The chronology of that list looks good enough for me too. So, yeah, in that order.

I’ll still be posting thoughts, scribbles, and articles regularly; I just will not be redesigning stuff, or falling into Twitter-like holes that feed off of my real-time. It is a different day. Real-life is becoming much, much more important. I think that’s the point too.

For what it’s worth I like this design best of all your previous ones. I feel much the same way and have decided to not redesign my site any more in the forseeable future. I think I’ll always enjoy messing with design but I need to focus that energy elsewhere, as I’m sure you understand.

Right on, Ben. Yeah, I understand totally. Your site looks really, really awesome as-is anyway! Best to leave more than good enough alone and concentrate of writing and living in real-time. I’m with you. Thanks for the compliment too.
